This journal entry contains SPOILERS for the ending of Code Geass R2 and perhaps a few episodes of the first season.

oh my gosh... I've never cried like this my entire life... I was really sad when Shirley died, and Rolo's death struck me even harder. What I didn't expect was that the death that would make an impact on me the most would be his... Lelouch's. I never really liked nor hated Lelouch. I only saw him as a really cunning man who has the ability to bend the world to his will... but at the same time continue on knowing how to love and care for others. He was human, and though people no longer saw that side of his when he bore the mask of Zero, he was human up to the very end... He was thinking of his sister's happiness all along and how to create a world that would make at least his sister smile... He planned everything... including his death... and people wouldn't normally plan something that involves risking his own life or endanger it in anyway. People are normally selfish creatures, and though people may have thought that Lelouch (when he became emperor) was a dictator who only thought of himself, he was actually one of the most selfless people alive there... He planned his death while carrying the burden of all that hate... and he died along with them...

During the final episode, his nature was evident... a selfless human being who had his own desires for the good of the people he loves the most while hiding under the mask of tyranny and selfishness. He cared for his sister, for his people, and was prepared to die for their happiness. No one but Nunnally and Suzaku could have known what he had planned all along... that he had planned his death together with all the hate he and Brittania had accumulated over the years...

His friendship towards Suzaku was also emphasized... with Suzaku crying as he plunged his sword into and through Lelouch... Suzaku was noted to have died in the battle with Kallen, but perhaps even that was staged all along. He wanted Suzaku to live, and perhaps, with his death, he even allowed Suzaku to avenge Euphemia's death... a death that he knew he had caused...

I cried... a lot... and I'm still in tears as I type this right now. I cry for Lelouch's death and the end of the anime itself. Season 1 made me yearn for more, and R2's ending was something in itself. Or maybe I'm just a college student who is acting like an overemotional kid...

I could say a lot, but alas I do not have time in my hands... and have to prepare for school... Sigh... now I'm acting all emotional and stuff... I hate acting like a toughie when I get all teary and stuff over something like this...

Well... Farewell Lelouch vi Brittania...

...and Code Geass R2...

Though purely fiction, it had been a part of it's fans lives... bringing tears and smiles along with it...

I may be in tears right now, but soon these tears will fade, and I'll be smiling while knowing that I was able to watch such a magnificent anime such as this...

I finally have it... ! OMG... I've been waiting for this soundtrack since forever! The first OST didn't satisfy me much, but this one... oh my gosh...! xD It's like a dream...! Wah...!

Now I'm inspired to make Code Geass fanarts... starting with Rolo! xD I just hope that I finish it soon... and my scanner's busted again... T_T

And... T_T Boku wa, Tori ni Naru is stuck in my head...! I just love that song...! Wah... Rolo... "you'll always be a part of me...~" wah...! xD

Before I start with the real Vesperian news, let me share with you my thoughts for this hours...

University work is a PAIN!!!

I mean it! I mean, our group had to work for some darn thesis-like community paperwork thing for WEEKS! For almost a whole month, we suffered from lack of sleep, insomnia, hunger-diet, and crap just to get the darn paper done. And then when it's finally time for our community thesis thingie, the panel had to be like smarta**s over us and criticize every page we made! We worked so hard for that paper...! It was really annoying and depressing...! Gah! Emo-ness kicking in! Anyway... sigh... and then our group leader is pushing the blame to me! Now excuse me, was I the one who edited the work? One of the panels saw my draft and said that my work was right. I contributed that part of my draft since it was a group work, but they changed my entire draft into something else! And now they're blaming me for not helping them out when in fact I did something right that they did wrong?! Argh... screw them! I'm really annoyed right now...! And now they're giving me these annoying "looks"... Argh... If I didn't know how to control my temper I would have... tch...

Anyway...!

OMG... After reading Tales of Vesperia, for some odd reason, Yuri kept on reminding me about Asch! I mean... it's not just the hair, but that was exactly how I would have expected Asch to act like if Van never replicated him. If Van was a good guy, Asch wouldn't have been as... well... "Asch"... We could have gotten a semi-emo mischievous guy with various issues... But then, if that was the Asch that we had, Asch would never become Asch and there would be no uke-Luke to oogle at...! xD And Flynn looks sooooooooooooo much like Guy that it's scary~! xD

First of all, let me tell you a story of what happened last Satuday (aka yesterday since I posted this on a Sunday ^^)...

We had a speech choir practice yesterday at CCP... The piece is the elementary piece/preschool rhyme piece "There Was An Old Woman Who Swallowed A Fly"... I actually didn't want to join, but I was told by a friend only at the last minute so I could no longer say no... They already passed the list of members, so I no longer have a say about it... Anyway, I woke up at around 3 in the morning, took a very long and cold shower before leaving at around quarter to six. Now I didn't know how to get to CCP, so fortunately, one of the members of the speech choir, who also lives in the same area as I am, told me that we'll just go together.

Thanks to him, I did not need to pay for any traveling expenses going there. xD But then, even though the practice was supposed to be seven until four in the afternoon, I had to go to church before one so I left at around eleven. I didn't even know how to go to church from where I was, but luckily, I figured it out... xD

So I rode the bus and went down at a mall (Southmall) since it was raining and I did not have an umbrella and the bus does not go any further than the mall. I saw one of my friends who was also playing drummania, and I talked with him for a bit before leaving after around thirty minutes or so because I had to go to another nearby mall to meet up with my churchmates before going to church... ^^ When I took a peep outside, it would seem that fate was against me because it was raining harder than before. I could no longer even see outside because of the rain. I tried buying an umbrella but the cheapest one was 99.00... and I only had around 100.00 left... I wouldn't have enough to go home if I bought that. xD

Haha... so I decided to just go out there and come what may... xD Fortunately, there was a public transport available when I got out of the mall. I didn't have to wait long. The rain was hard and the wind was really strong. If I actually had an umbrella, it would have blown me away. ^^ What surprised me was that there was already flood along the way... That was the reason behind the traffic. So we were stuck for a while before we finally passed the flooded area. Everything was fine and dandy until we reached the other mall I was supposed to go to. However, the guy who sat beside me didn't want to move... and he was the one seated by the door. I couldn't get out without him moving and I didn't really want to cause I commotion so I asked him to move a bit... and he did. But since it wasn't enough, I almost tripped. Almost. Luckily I regained by balance just in time, or else I might have looked like a drenched cat... xD

So I met with my friends before going to church together... xD

A while ago, together with and another friend of mine (Maiko gumawa ka na nga ng sarili mong DA account! xD)... They were drenched when they came here and well... haha... It was kinda funny (no offense! xD) and I was kinda panicking too... I was thinking what I could have them wear since their clothes were wet from the rain... xD We ate for a while (with the food I and my other friend cooked while panicking xD)... and provided us with more "ulam"... xD Thanks for that! I played DS too... The nursing/doctor/surgery game was cool! I was able to relate with what they were doing because I'm studying to be a nurse, so what they were doing in the game was more or less familiar to me... xD

They left after a few hours though... T_T I really miss you guys!

Tomorrow we'll be having speech choir practice again... T_T Not again... Buhu...

Tales of the Abyss the Animation will be out this October! They already have the trailer! Yey!
